Background:
John Collins has been continuously engaged in the private practice
of law for 25 years. He is the owner of John C. Collins Co. LPA as
well as one of the founding partners of Quantum Intermediary, Inc.,
a company that specializes in tax-deferred exchanges pursuant to Section
1031 of the Internal Revenue Code. Along with those, Attorney Collins
is the owner and legal counsel of Akron Title & Abstract Agency, LTD.,
a real estate title company providing closing and title services in
the Northeastern Ohio Area.
Education:
Mr. Collins graduated with a B.A. in 1979 from Miami University in Oxford Ohio. In 1982, he earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Akron School of Law.
Areas of Practice:
Mr. Collins is involved in general civil practice of law with areas of concentration including civil litigation, real estate, domestic relations, corporate, probate, and wills and trusts.
Mr. Collins provides services to residents all over Northeastern Ohio, including Cuyahoga, Geauga, Lake, Medina, Portage, and Summit Counties. |
